This Enhanced Health and Sanitation Program was designed to enhancesafety and minimize risk for our guests and Team Members. It ensures thehygiene and sanitation practices of our Casino & Hotel, and its amenities,exceeding regulatory requirements and the recommendations of the CDC. Thiscommitment also includes new cleanliness protocols that meet or exceed ouralready rigorous standards.

These protocols are based on the most current information available onsanitization and cleanliness for the hospitality industry, as well as otherpertinent industries. As we move forward, we will continue to monitorguidelines from the CDC, Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency, local andstate elected officials and other public health innovations to revise theseprocedures.

• Admittance

  Cardholders with a status of Chairman, Jade, Black Card, Platinum or Gold Card will be able to enter the property via a dedicated lane without the need for a reservation.

  Reservations recommended for Classic Card Live! Rewards members and the General Public not already a member of Live! Rewards.

• Beverage Service

  To further promote social distancing and adhere to the latest guidance by the CDC and local health authorities beverage service will be restricted to active gamers seated at a slot machine, table game, or poker table. Beverage ordering will only be available via a cocktail server.

• Parking

  Our parking garage is now open to public, however with limited capacity that will enhance social distancing and help ensure the safety of all our guests. Regardless of the capacity restriction our Chairman, Jade, and Black club members will always be granted access to the garage at all times. When you are in the garage and use our elevators, please remember to practice social distancing. Thank you!

• Valet

  Valet remains closed until further notice. This includes valet services outside The Prime Rib, The Hotel and on the second floor of the parking garage.

• Elevators

  Elevators to The Hotel will serve as the main entry point for customers parking in the garage. Please practice 6ft social distancing when entering in Elevators. Only groups travelling together allowed in the elevator at the same time.

• Arrival

  Upon arrival, each ticketed guest will queue for screening before being admitted to the casino. Guests are required to maintain social distancing and follow instructions from Live! team members. Please have your ticket and ID ready for screening.

  Chairman’s Club, Jade Card, Black Card, Platinum Card or Gold Card Live! Rewards members may arrive at any entrance without a reservation as long as they have their card.

• Screening

  While on property, all guests will be required to wear a mask securely covering their mouth and nose. For security purposes, guests may be asked to show their face without a covering once upon entering.

  A non-contact temperature check will be conducted on all guests entering the property. If your temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, you will not be admitted into the casino. Any person displaying flu-like symptoms will be asked to leave the premise and return when you’re healthy.

• Cleaning

  For the safety of all our guests and team members, an enhanced health and sanitation program has been developed from guidance by the CDC, Johns Hopkins University and the State of Maryland. Please adhere to all signs and communication from Live! Team Members.

  You may see Live! team members cleaning the facility. Please give them space to safely disinfect contacted areas.

• Restaurants

  Limited dine-in service and takeout will be offered at The Prime Rib, Luk Fu and Orchid Kitchen. All other outlets will remain closed until further notice.

• Orchid Gaming & Smoking Patio

  Orchid will remain open under the same social distancing and cleaning guidelines as the casino. Orchid Bar is closed. To further promote social distancing and adhere to the latest guidance by the CDC and local health authorities beverage service will be restricted to active gamers seated at a slot machine, table game, or poker table. Beverage ordering will only be available via a cocktail server.

• The Hotel

  Live! Hotel is now open. Book Now or call 443-842-7200 to make your reservation.

  Live! Spa, Fitness Center, Live! Shop, Luckies, David’s and Lobby Bar at David’s remain closed until further notice.

All guests entering the property will be required to have, and wear, a face mask properly covering their mouth and nose.
